Why dealers look for Overfuel alternatives

  • No public pricing: /pricing returns a 404 and the only purchase path is a demo.
  • A June 2026 snapshot showed syndication from $99 a month and managed VLA from $199. The live page now says "Contact us for pricing".
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless you give at least 14 days' written notice before the term ends. Fees are non-refundable.
  • After the agreement ends, Overfuel has "no obligation to save Customer Data".
  • If Overfuel terminates for cause, you still owe fees for the rest of the subscription term.
  • The iOS app listing shows CRM integration, team messaging and lead management as coming, not live.
  • The only price on record is a 2022 news estimate of about $1,500 a month for one dealer. It is not a current quote.

How to choose

Start with the system you will keep. If your DMS works, replace only the website and make sure inventory flows from the DMS without retyping. If you are also replacing the DMS, compare bundles on the total monthly cost of every module you need, not the website line alone.

Then ask each provider the same three things: who owns the domain if you leave, how inventory and photos get in, and where a lead lands with the vehicle attached.
