Growth & customer connections · Coming soon

New arrivals. Already shared.

Coming soon: connect your dealership’s Facebook Page and let new arrivals reach your followers. AutoFire will share your vehicle listing with its photo preview and a direct link to your website, so you can spend less time copying listings and more time with buyers.

Highlights

  • Connect your dealership Page

Choose one business Page and control automatic posting from Distribution. Your inventory stays in the same AutoFire dashboard.

  • Share new arrivals automatically

Start with vehicles added after you turn it on. Choose older vehicles individually when you want to share them.

  • A clear path back to your website

Each post includes the vehicle’s photo preview and a link to its listing, where buyers can see pricing, details, and contact options.

  • Keep your Page useful

Duplicate protection prevents the same VIN from being posted again when availability changes. Posting is spaced out, and sold vehicles are marked SOLD or removed where allowed.

Why it matters

You already added the photos and vehicle details. Your Facebook Page should not be another place to type them again. AutoFire brings new arrivals to your followers and sends interested shoppers back to the listing on your dealership website.

Practical notes

Coming soon. Facebook Page connection and automatic publishing are not available to dealerships yet.

A Meta Business Portfolio and an administrator able to grant access to the dealership Page are required.

Automatic and manually selected posts share a limit of three per 24 hours, at least two hours apart.

How it works in AutoFire

  • When available, open Distribution and connect the Facebook business Page you manage for your dealership.
  • Turn on automatic posting for new arrivals. Existing inventory stays untouched unless you choose Publish to Facebook on a vehicle.
  • Add inventory through the web dashboard, iPhone app, or an import. Available vehicles with a VIN, photo, and public listing join the posting queue.
  • Check posting status in AutoFire. Sold listings are marked SOLD or removed where Meta permits; Facebook provides post analytics in Meta Business Suite.

FAQ

Can I use Facebook inventory posting today?▼
Not yet. The feature is coming soon while Meta approval and launch testing are completed. Contact us to ask about availability.
Will connecting my Page post all of my existing inventory?▼
No. Automatic posting starts with vehicles added after you enable it. Older vehicles can be selected individually, with the same posting limits.
Will changing a vehicle’s availability create another post?▼
No. AutoFire remembers each dealership’s posted VINs, including vehicles taken offline, reimported, or previously removed from Facebook.
Does this create Facebook Marketplace listings or paid ads?▼
No. It publishes organic posts to your connected dealership business Page. Marketplace listings, catalog feeds, and paid advertising are separate.
What happens when a vehicle sells?▼
AutoFire updates its post to SOLD, or removes it when Meta allows API deletion. You can also open the post on Facebook for manual removal.
