Every paid plan includes the same core features. Free includes the basic dealership website, mobile app, VIN decoding, and lead management. Sold and unlisted records, photos, and leads are retained across every plan.
Fuel weights: description 1 · FireCompare 2 · chat reply 0.10 · short draft 0.05 · briefing or batch 0.25. A comparison also uses one FireCompare generation. Paid Fuel and FireCompare renew with your subscription; the 30-day Pro trial receives one allowance. Free receives 10 Fuel once. Exact reset dates appear in your account.
Courtesy capacity: up to five extra active vehicles for 168 hours from the first extra vehicle, once per billing cycle (UTC calendar months for Free). The deadline does not extend when vehicles change or a cycle renews. After notice, the remaining excess is unlisted, newest published first. Trial expiry and downgrades receive a separate seven-day transition that replaces any overlapping courtesy window.
Predictable billing: no automatic overages, upgrades, or credit purchases. At exhaustion, new AI work pauses; already-started chats may finish with up to five additional replies within 30 minutes, subject to internal safeguards. Website browsing, contact forms, and eligible scheduling continue. Third-party provider fees are separate and disclosed before you enable the integration.
Listing and advertising fees for these platforms are billed directly by each platform and are not included in AutoFire plans.
